Senior AI Solutions Architect

This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation experience and solution architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Design and implement agent-based AI solutions that are intelligent, adaptive, and efficient.
• Develop techniques that enable large language models (LLMs) to reliably generate and manage complex behaviors.
• Act as a technical expert with strong skills in advising, troubleshooting, and solution analysis.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance on Workato’s AI capabilities.
• Customize and optimize Workato AI solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT automation workflows.
• Continuously monitor AI system performance and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and fault tolerance.
• Communicate technically complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows within existing IT and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Ensure AI-driven automation aligns with industry standards and enterprise IT best practices.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to support sales, solution engineering, and customer success teams.
• Enhance internal processes by contributing to Workato’s knowledge base and promoting best practices across teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted technical advisor to Workato clients.
• Contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to implementation and rollout.
• Assist product managers in defining technical and design specifications for AI-powered capabilities.

Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education - Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 10+ years of total experience in technology design, development, and implementation.
• Proven track record in AI engineering, with emphasis on agent-based architectures and systems.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable AI-driven automation workflows for enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on expertise in integration technologies, middleware, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and database systems.
• 5+ years of experience working with integration platforms (Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML), data structures (JSON), and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
• 2–3 years of hands-on programming experience (Java, Python, or Ruby).
• Solid technical foundation and awareness of trends in app integration, AI/ML, and enterprise automation.
• Familiarity with business applications like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, BPM, or RPA technologies is a plus.
