Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized, professional services by presenting and explaining the jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Assist clients in selecting pieces that suit their preferences and occasions
- Achieve individual and store sales target through excellent client engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display
- Handle point-of-sale processes, invoicing, and packaging with accuracy and care
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through calling and follow-ups
- Support inventory management and stock-taking activities
- Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and reflective of the brand's luxury image
- Assist with boutique events, promotions, and special VIP appointments
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry or fashion will be an advantage
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 'O' Level or relevant fields
