Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrading of hospital facilities, M&E systems, and non-clinical equipment
Manage and monitor service providers to meet KPIs, ensuring uninterrupted system operations
Lead cyclical improvement projects, renovations, and system replacements
Conduct technical audits and compliance inspections with a focus on infection control and patient safety
Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and uphold high safety standards
Draft technical specifications, cost estimates, and project plans
Support fire safety management and emergency preparedness initiatives

What We're Looking For

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of M&E experiencepreferably in healthcare settings
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical systems
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Fire Safety Manager certificate (preferred)
