To ensure the Contractors’ works / workmanship achieved the desired quality standard.
To monitor the Contractor’s construction schedules, day works, progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities.
To ensure proper site documentation is maintained.
To attend meetings, verify Contractor’s report and claim.
To conduct pre- and post-completion inspections.
