We provide supports and solutions in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.

*Job Summary:*

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to our team, manage schedules, organize and maintain files, and handle a variety of tasks to help us maintain efficiency and organization.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and has excellent communication skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Manage logistic arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc task to the team as needed.
*Qualifications:*
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Min diploma/GCE A levels equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
  • Able to communicate, written and read in Mandarin and English.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
  • Min diploma/GCE A levels
  • ‘Fresh A’ level , diploma or university graduates can apply
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial management is a plus point
  • Knowledge of office equipment and troubleshooting.
