Restaurant Supervisor - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of the restaurant operations
• Supervise the food preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks
• Supervise and support during outdoor catering services
• Train and Manage staff schedules
• Increase Productivity, reduce operation cost
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers
• Meeting quarterly budgets and quotas
• Maintain quality and service standards

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
