Clinical Research Nurse / Study Coordinator

Job Description:
- Plan, implement, and oversee clinical studies from start-up to closeout, ensuring protocol feasibility and compliance.
- Lead development and review of study documents (protocols, consent forms, CRFs) and ensure adherence to IRB and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate subject safety management, report SAEs/deviations, and escalate study issues as needed.
- Liaise with sponsors, site study teams, CRU operations, and external vendors to manage logistics, timelines, and resources.
- Support audits, inspections, SOP updates, data archival, lessons learned, and staff training initiatives.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Health Science related field.
- At least 4- 5 years of clinical research experience.
