Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of road and utility diversion projects, ensuring successful completion.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project schedules, balancing timely execution with budget constraints.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth progress.
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and implement effective strategies to address challenges.
Team Guidance: Lead project teams, providing expertise on construction methodologies and best practices.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Who are they looking for?

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing similar road and utility diversion projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board or equivalent qualifications.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to ensure project success.
