Warehouse Assistant (3PL) - Choa Chu Kang

The Role:

• Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff in daily operations.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols.
• Monitor and manage employee KPIs, ensuring performance standards are met and improved.
• Report accidents or hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and disputes; provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Be present at, or report to, the client site as required to support ongoing operations

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in related field (FMCG / Retail / 3PL).
• Proven experience leading and supervising warehouse teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling processes is an added advantage.
