About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Senior/Credit Control & Collections Executive to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the company’s cash flow operations by managing collections, monitoring outstanding accounts, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams to resolve payment matters efficiently and professionally.
Beyond collections, you’ll gain valuable exposure to finance operations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration in one of Singapore’s leading digital marketing agencies. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values growth, ownership, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end credit control and collections for assigned client accounts
- Monitor AR aging and drive timely payment collection through proactive client follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages
- Resolve payment disputes, billing discrepancies, and overdue matters with internal stakeholders
- Issue invoices, statements of accounts, reminders, and dunning letters accurately and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and account updates
- Escalate overdue accounts and collection risks where necessary
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to improve collection performance
- Support month-end reconciliations, reporting, and finance operations
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or related finance functions
- Junior candidates with strong communication skills, positive learning attitude, and willingness to grow are also welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in handling client interactions professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/finance systems
- Experience in agency, service-based, or recurring billing environments will be an added advantage
