Aircraft Technician

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,300 - $3,300
Gross Salary: Up to $4,000
Guaranteed Monthly Bonus
Performance Bonus of up to 5 months
15 Days Annual Leave
Company Transport Provided

Working Hours
Rotating Shift (2-2-2 Pattern)

2 Days Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:15 PM
2 Days Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:45 AM
2 Days Rest
Repeat Cycle

Job Responsibilities

Perform inspection, maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of aircraft engines and engine components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with aviation safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
Comfortable working on rotating shifts.
