Senior Finance Manager

• Adecco is partnering with a growing renewable energy company and we are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join the Singapore team.
• This is a pivotal role where you will report directly to the CEO and manage end-to-end finance and accounting functions.

• Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Manage complex billing, cost recovery, revenue recognition, and payment processes in line with contractual milestones and cash flow targets.
• Oversee all statutory and tax requirements, including corporate tax, GST, deferred tax computations, and annual returns.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial governance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate and manage audit processes, prepare statutory reports, and maintain strong working relationships with external auditors and regulators.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and execute finance-related system and operational enhancements to improve efficiency and controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 8 - 15 years of relevant progressive finance experience and exposure working in the renewable energy business.
• Strong expertise in SFRS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle closings, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, with solid knowledge of corporate tax, GST, property tax, and deferred tax computations.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement.
• Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
