UP TO $3K+Shift Allowance| Assistant Operations Executive | No Experience Needed
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
- 3 days work, 2 days off (rotating)
- 12-hour shifts (24/7 operations)
- 7:30am – 7:30pm / 7:30pm – 7:30am
- Must be comfortable with overnight shifts and is rostered by manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate vessel stowage and yard operations
- Monitor container movement and support daily port activities
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in resource planning and operational coordination
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Basic salary up to $3,000
- Monthly shift allowance (~$200)
- Training provided (no experience required)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma holder
- No experience required (training provided)
- Able to work rotating shifts including overnight
- Good teamwork and communication skills
