Changi - Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

Our client is a well-established interior furnishing and design solutions provider, specialising in workspace planning, office furniture supply, and turnkey renovation projects for both multinational corporations and SMEs. With a strong focus on design innovation and customer satisfaction, they are looking for a creative and technically proficient Interior Designer to join their growing team in the East region of Singapore.

• Conceptualise and develop creative interior design solutions that align with client requirements, project specifications, and budget constraints.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, materials, and fabrication techniques to deliver modern and practical design concepts.
• Prepare and present 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and design proposals for both internal review and client presentations.
• Oversee project design and development activities, including preparation of design documentation, technical specifications, and relevant project materials.
• Coordinate with internal project managers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and design accuracy.
• Review and monitor design drawings to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Apply technical knowledge to support scheduling and implementation of design concepts in logical and achievable stages.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design or related fields.
• Proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop; additional design software knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
