Assistant planner (entry level)

Job Responsibilities
- Forecast and plan production based on demand and available resources
- Schedule and release production orders accordingly
- Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors on job prioritization based on delivery schedules
- Manage material and production planning, including material requisition and BOM/design change updates
- Confirm orders based on material availability and production capacity
- Coordinate with purchasers to ensure timely material delivery and prevent excess inventory
- Monitor material availability to ensure continuous production flow
- Report on E&O (Excess & Obsolete) and buy-down claims periodically
- Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing
- Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Meticulous approach is required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
