Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily menus in coordination with management.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, assistants, and cleaners.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Check ingredients for freshness and ensure proper storage.
- Control portion sizes and minimize food costs.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely food delivery.

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chief Cook, Head Cook, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
