Job Description including but not limited to:

To receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list.
To prepare mould grouping and coordinate with contract department and mould suppliers.
To prepare database for all the precast components and update the material data those received from QS.
To Prepare Monthly Production List (MPL), issue to production team and monitor according to main contractor site requirement/schedule.
To monitor the actual usage of materials against the contract quantity and feed back to plant manager/production engineer in-charge.
Monitor & update the production records in the dfatabase/IPBS system.
Ensure material planning as per production schedule and Updating all materials records.
To order, monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
Responsible for all the material order, precast cast and delivered quantity for the assigned projects.
Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary

Job Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognised University
Ability to work independently
Ability to adhere to schedule and maintain proper records and documentations
Strong ability to work in team, proactive and good communication skills
