Family PA + Operations Admin

We are looking for a family personal assistant for the director and family and operations admin staff.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant
  • Manage personal schedules and appointments for the family when in Singapore.
  • Coordinate household errands, groceries, purchases, gifting and deliveries.
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep across multiple properties.
  • Liaise with household service providers, maintenance vendors and external contacts.
  • Assist with insurance-related matters such as claims processing and policy documentation.
  • Manage personal vehicles such as arranging servicing, insurance renewals, and repairs when necessary.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks.
Operations Admin
  • Provide office admin support such as data entry, filing, ordering supplies, courier services.
  • Support account department for documentation.
  • Managing schedule for flights and other related matters regarding to the trip.
  • Liaise with operator and vendors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Must have minimum 3 years' experience as Personal Assistant.
  • Must have Class 3 driving license with minimum 2 years driving experience.
  • Must be able to work on occasional weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
