What you do- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on OCBC.
- Provide compliance advice to business, risk, operations, and technology teams.
- Act as a key liaison with regulators, responding to inquiries and managing inspections.
- Drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements across the organisation.
- Maintain and update the bank’s regulatory library.
- Manage the regulatory breach reporting process and track rectification actions.
- Review and update compliance policies and procedures.

Who you are- A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Possess strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Are proactive, independent, and resourceful.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
