Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, APJ (Cloud & Data Science)

champion scalable partner go-to-market (GTM) motions, strengthen partner engagement, and expand partner capacity to position partners as a true extension of our field teams.
This role blends strategic partner development with demand generation, requiring you to co-create joint value propositions, marketing programs, and campaigns that resonate across diverse APJ markets.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the MDF program strategy and governance across strategic partners
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans and integrated marketing campaigns with partners
- Lead quarterly partner engagement initiatives to deepen relationships and alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Partner, Field Marketing) to scale partner-driven growth
- Build compelling joint messaging, content, and value propositions tailored to local markets
- Track, analyze, and optimize partner marketing performance and ROI
Key Outcomes
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Net-new customer acquisition driven by partner marketing programs
- Partner-influenced pipeline growth and velocity
- Increased consumption of Databricks workloads
- Stronger partner engagement and activation across APJ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, & IT
- 8–10 years of experience in partner marketing and/or partner management across APJ
- Proven track record in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
- Strong experience working with consulting partners to design and execute joint marketing programs
- Hands-on experience managing MDF programs and partner investment strategies
- Solid understanding of partner funnel metrics and demand generation levers
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience positioning data, analytics, or AI solutions is a strong advantage
