Supply Chain Manager (F&B Retail)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established F&B Retail organisation to identify a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth demand and supply planning, inventory management, local procurement and third-party logistics management.

The Job:

• Manage demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure sufficient stock availability for daily operations, campaign launches and new product introductions.
• Oversee inventory management across raw materials, equipment and other supply chain items, while minimising stock-outs, excess inventory, expiry risk and holding costs.
• Manage local procurement activities, including purchase order confirmation, supplier follow-up, delivery coordination, supplier performance management and cost control.
• Work closely with HQ, internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth supply readiness and timely execution of operational requirements.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and freight forwarders on warehousing, fulfilment, storage, inventory movement, inbound/import/export shipments, shipping schedules, freight rates and delivery timelines, while ensuring proper storage, handling and distribution of goods in line with quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor inventory risks such as expiry, damages, obsolescence and slow-moving stock, and implement improvement plans where required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through system updates, invoice verification, payment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
• Support new product launch activities and related supply chain projects in coordination with HQ and internal teams.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end local supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics and 3PL management.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, F&B, FMCG, consumer goods or related industries will be highly advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with HQ, internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
