As part of the support team, you will play an important role in helping clients use our software smoothly and confidently.

Client Support
  • Provide support for our ERP and business software solutions by assisting clients with system-related issues and enquiries
  • Respond to support calls, messages, and tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide clients on system usage, basic troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure proper closure and communication
Troubleshooting & Issue Handling
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, test, and document reported issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify the root cause of problems
  • Escalate issues to the development, project, or management team when required
  • Assist in verifying fixes and updates before communicating back to clients
System Support & Maintenance
  • Support routine system checks and maintenance activities to help ensure stable performance
  • Assist with testing and validation when updates, fixes, or enhancements are released
  • Help monitor recurring issues and identify areas for improvement
Documentation & Administration
  • Prepare and maintain support records, reports, issue logs, and documentation
  • Assist in managing internal support schedules, follow-ups, and coordination tasks
  • Ensure support cases are properly documented for tracking and future reference
  • Support the team with administrative tasks required for smooth day-to-day operations
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with support, project, and development teams to ensure clients receive accurate and consistent assistance
  • Contribute to process improvements by highlighting recurring issues and support challenges
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and professional support experience for clients across different industries
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background
  • Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Alternatively, Higher Nitec or above in IT or equivalent qualifications
Skills & Qualities
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a software support role
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Comfortable handling both support and administrative responsibilities
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or business software
  • Exposure to troubleshooting software or system-related issues
  • Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or technical support
