Sales Associate (Luxury Watch)/Up to $4,000 + Allowance + Mthly Com + Incentive + VB + AWS
Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to $4,000 with yearly increment based on performance.
- $300 - $400 monthly allowance + monthly commission + monthly incentive + variable bonus + AWS
- 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays
- Working timings (6am – 3.30pm) & (3.30pm – 1am) depending on roster.
- Company transport provided
Job Description:
This is a contract role for a Sales Associate located in Changi Airport. Our client leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces.- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
- Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
- Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
- Processing of credit card & cash payments
- Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
- Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in luxury watch industry
