Senior Consultant (Change Management)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to join the Change Management team. The team supports organizations in aligning workforce capabilities with business strategy through services such as stakeholder change management, digital adoption platforms, culture transformation, PMO setup, and workforce competency assessments.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving people-centric change, enabling digital adoption, and delivering impactful transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery (Change Management Execution)
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Provide advisory and execution across:
- Change assessments
- Communications and stakeholder engagement
- Adoption and enablement initiatives
- Monitor and track change effectiveness and adoption outcomes
- Manage stakeholder expectations across all levels, including leadership
- Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Capability Development
- Enhance and evolve change management capabilities, including:
- Digital adoption platforms
- People analytics
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Pre-Sales Support
- Lead or support pre-sales activities, including:
- Opportunity qualification
- Change strategy development
- Proposal writing and costing
- Client presentations
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to:
- Streamline internal processes
- Improve delivery efficiency
- Introduce tools and new methodologies
- Knowledge Sharing & Coaching
- Share best practices in change management across the team
- Coach team members on methodologies and frameworks
- Drive development of new capabilities within the team
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–8 years of experience in change management or related roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage:
- C-suite executives
- Operational staff
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to create professional and visually compelling presentation materials
- Possess a commercial mindset to identify:
- Project opportunities
- Cross-sell and value-added services
- Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital adoption (e.g., WalkMe)
- Workforce competency assessment & upskilling
- People analytics
- HR / workforce transformation
- Workplace transformation
