What you'll be doing
- Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting with the preparation of sales quotations, and other documentation as required
- Providing support to the sales team, including managing customer accounts
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate the smooth delivery of products and services
- Following up on new leads and sales opportunities
- Maintaining good relationship with customers
- Supporting the sales team with any other administrative tasks as needed
- Any other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
- One working half day Saturday every three weeks
