Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, promote products, process sales transactions, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Provide product information and recommendations

Process sales transactions using the POS system

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately

Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays

Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels

Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

Bilingual

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills for handling payments

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Honest, reliable, and well-presented
