Location: 13 Dempsey Road, #01-01/02/06, Singapore 249674Hours: 5-day work week (including occasional weekends during peak periods or events)
Salary Range: $4,000 – $4,500/month (based on experience)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a capable and dependable HR Accounts Senior Executive (Group) to support both companies under our lifestyle brand. What You’ll Do
As our HR Accounts Senior Executive (Group), you’ll oversee HR and accounting functions for both Maison Garden and The Florté. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth internal operations, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Human Resource Functions- Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records across both companies
- Track attendance, leave, and performance records
- Lead recruitment admin, job postings, and interview coordination
- Plan roster and publish them 5-6 weeks in advance.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, IR8A/IR8S, and other statutory requirements
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with MOM regulations
- Support employee engagement, benefits, and internal communication
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and monthly closing
- Prepare and track invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor/supplier accounts
- Assist with GST submission, budgeting, reporting, and liaise with auditors and tax agents
- Maintain clean and compliant records for both entities
- Maintain organised filing and HR/accounting systems
- Assist with licensing, insurance, and grant applications
- Support directors with operational tasks, reporting, or special projects

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or accounting
- Experience handling operations across more than one entity is a strong plus
- Familiar with tools like QuickBooks/ Payboy
- Meticulous, responsible, and highly organised
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- A strong communicator and problem solver, comfortable in a dynamic environment
