Geylang - Product Designer (Tech MNC/ Internal Tools)

We are partnering our client, a renowned US Tech MNC

• Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading global technology organization.
• They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Enterprise Products Design team.
• This role will start as a contract position.

• At least 6 years of experience in product design, interaction design, and visual design, with a focus on building large, complex applications or internal platforms.
• Strong experience in designing internal tools to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Experience with enterprise products, AI-driven solutions, and working with design systems.
• Expertise in using Figma for prototyping and delivering high-fidelity designs.
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and content strategists.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in designing user flows, interaction design, visual design, and simplifying complex user experiences.

• Innovative Design Leadership: Lead design initiatives for internal enterprise products and platforms, establishing a cohesive design language while focusing on creating intuitive and valuable user experiences.
• Simplification of Complex Workflows: Design user flows and experiences that simplify complex internal actions into usable interfaces, improving internal productivity.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine the user experience from conception to launch. Mentor other designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Strategic Design Decisions: Contribute to strategic product decisions, aligning designs with business goals and user needs. Define the direction for the enterprise products while ensuring design consistency and quality across teams.
• End-to-End Experience: Lead the design of complete end-to-end user experiences, from ideation and prototyping to high-fidelity designs, ensuring alignment with internal team requirements.
