Customer Service & Business Support Executive

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service & Business Support Executive to join the growing team at Singapore Food Delight Manufacturer Pte Ltd. This full-time role, based in the North Region, offers exposure to customer service, business operations, and project coordination within the food manufacturing industry.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional responses
• Process orders and manage stores’ enquiries
• Support business development and daily operational activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, logistic, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc project

• Diploma in Business, Food Science or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• A proactive team player with willingness to learn and grow
