• Events Planner / Events Executive (Junior to Mid Level) - [Automotive Industry]
• Central
• Basic $3000 - $4000
• 8am - 6pm (Mon - Fri), expected OT, PH, and weekends if necessary as is the nature of managing events.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in the planning, organization and execution of corporate events at various outlets with corporate clients.
• Source, qualify, negotiate and manage vendors.
• Manage procurement processes to get competitive pricing for the company.
• Project planning and coordination to ensure that events run smoothly and seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Min 1 to 3 years of events planning & management experience for lifestyle or automotive brands.
• Experienced with sourcing, negotiating and managing vendors.
• Able to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
