Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote AI-powered learning products
Implement digital marketing activities including social media management, online ads, email marketing, and content creation to engage target audiences
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels to strengthen brand identity
Monitor online engagement metrics and analyze data to provide actionable marketing insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities
Prepare detailed performance reports tracking key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance marketing strategies and improve overall marketing impact

Required competencies and certifications

2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
Strong execution skills with attention to detail in campaign delivery
Effective communication skills and ability to create engaging content
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
