A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for a Freight and Forwarding Executive to:

• Interact with clients to handle both import and export shipments, ensuring the prompt transmission of crucial operational information
• Adhere to customers' requirements and proactively address and resolve any issues;
• Ensure that all shipping activities are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with the relevant regulations and requirements
• Other duties as assigned

• Manage daily operations, including overseeing shipments, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist in handling RFQ (Request for Quotation) and spot quotes
• Manage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseas
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Certificate and above
• With supervisory experience, able to handle NVOCC shipment operation and documents and Tradenet
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry
• Able to commit to overtime as and when required

** Salary will be offered based on experience and education.
