Manager/ Senior Manager (Office leasing)

We are looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager or Senior Manager to oversee commercial leasing activities. This role focuses on driving occupancy, securing tenants, and supporting new project developments.
Support budgeting and prepare regular leasing reports. Track key leasing and property performance metrics. Requirements: Relevant experience in office leasing, preferably with a landlord or developer. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of the commercial real estate market. Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
