We are looking for a permanent part time clinic receptionist to work at the front desk, as part of a small team.
Potential candidates should:
- Be friendly and service-oriented
- Be committed and values driven
- Be able to communicate effectively with both patients and staff
- Be able to use (or be willing to use) clinic management software
Primary job scope includes:
- Dispensing medication
- Billing
- Answering phone calls
- Registering and liasing with patients
- Booking appointments
Working hours (4 day work week):
Tue to Fri: 0900 - 1300
Looking for part-timers with flexible schedules, who can come in on a regular basis, 4 times a week.
Salary: From $13/hr to $15/hr
