IT Operations Manager

Job Description

AMVION PHARMACEUTICALS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the delivery, reliability, security, and performance of the company's information technology services and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, service delivery, vendor relationships, cybersecurity initiatives, and business-critical systems that support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery across the organization.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and business applications.
• Develop and implement IT service management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor IT performance and ensure service levels meet business requirements.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls, data protection measures, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
• Support enterprise systems, productivity platforms, and operational technology used in manufacturing environments.
• Plan and manage IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets and technology procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal and external IT support teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, IT service management, or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery, network administration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and IT support operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, virtualization technologies, backup solutions, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, cybersecurity, or project management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industry environments will be an advantage.
