Sales Engineer (Rental Chiller / HVAC)

• Location: Boon Lay (Islandwide travel)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus (Min 2 months, up to 5 months) + 16–21 Days Annual Leave + Medical
• Industry: Refrigerating, Air-conditioning & Ventilation Machinery (MNC)

• Develop and grow rental chiller services to maximize revenue and account penetration
• Identify and establish new customers through calls, site visits, and networking
• Present turnkey HVAC and rental solutions to potential clients
• Analyze customer needs and identify market opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement
• Drive awareness and demand for rental chiller services
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, or building services
• At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries
• Experience in rental business, construction equipment, or engineering solutions is an advantage
