Job Scope
- Manage and update e-commerce product listings
- Create new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and images
- Upload and maintain listings across marketplaces and webstores
- Monitor listing accuracy, pricing, stock status
- Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory records
- Coordinate stock updates
- Handle backend operations for online marketplaces/webstores
- Basic Excel / spreadsheet work
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and data entry
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide customer support
- Handle order-related issues, exchanges and after-sales service
- Organized and responsible
- Good attention to detail
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a bonus
- Able to work independently
- Fast learner with positive attitude
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Comfortable handling repetitive backend tasks accurately
- Basic product photography/editing knowledge is a bonus
