About the Company

An established Korean F&B group operating multiple premium and casual dining concepts in Singapore. This role provides structured management training with career progression opportunities into supervisory and management positions.

• Participate in structured training across kitchen and restaurant operations
• Support daily back-of-house (BOH) operations and kitchen coordination
• Assist in food preparation, kitchen workflow, and operational processes
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Support inventory control, stock management, and ordering processes
• Work closely with outlet management on manpower coordination and daily operations
• Handle operational issues and support continuous workflow improvements
• Take on assigned responsibilities as part of the management training programme

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Culinary Arts or related fields
• Candidates with culinary certification, culinary degree, or relevant kitchen operations experience will be advantageous
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Training and career development will be provided
