Senior Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, data-driven and highly organized Senior Social Media Marketing Executive to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, content creation, audience engagement, and performance marketing, with proven experience growing brand presence and driving measurable results through social media campaigns.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and web platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram and TikTok.
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign planning, content creation and digital execution.
- Designing social media graphics and posters.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos and campaigns.
- Create visual content and coordinate photoshoots and video production for outlets, services and products.
- Monitor and manage all social media channels, promptly responding to comments, inquiries and messages, while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Liaise with mall management, vendors and corporate for campaign participation and activation.
- Manage social media calendars and coordinate campaign timelines effectively.
- Track campaign budgets and monitor actual expenditures.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain strong audience relationships.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the Beauty or Retail industry.
