Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript / Up to $8200) - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Software Engineer with strong React expertise to build modern, responsive web applications. You'll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver intuitive and performant user interfaces that support key business functions.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: UP to $8200 (basic) + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable React components and frontend features.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, interactive web interfaces.
• Work with APIs and backend services to integrate frontend features.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS (Sass, SCSS), and responsive design techniques.
• Experience working with REST APIs and Git.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Chakra UI).
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility.
