Reporting to a global and regional manager.
Required Skills:
- Engineering qualification Electrical or Mechanical – essential
- Previous experience in delivery of technical and maintenance services in a data center / pharmaceutical or health institution / financial institution / engineering facility / other critical sites
- Must have previous experience in critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure
- A good communicator, with strong relationship management skills
- Strong influencer of people and consultative nature
- Process, quality and compliance driven
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Understanding of asset management preferred
Duties:
- Lead engineering solutions for mechanical and electrical systems - CRAC, chillers, UPS, Gensets
- Ensure consistency and best practice across operational delivery of engineering services
- Plan and implement a critical engineering maintenance strategy
- Document performance standards and operational manuals
- Ensure legislative compliance to critical sites APAC wide data centres
- Manage Health and Safety and risks solutions onsite
- Ensure adherence to budgets, costs and customer service standards
