Role Description

We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and fuel our sales funnel with qualified property owners and seekers.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, equivalent to a Sales Development Representative role, you are the first point of contact with the leads (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller.

You will own the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact, lead qualification and nurturing, to the introduction to one of Propseller’s in-house Real Estate Consultants (i.e. property agents). You are fundamental in helping leads achieve their property goals whilst ensuring a smooth sales process.

Your Impact
  • Manage the pre-sales process via various channels: calls, emails, chat, etc;
  • Introduce Propseller’s services and value proposition in a pitch to potential clients;
  • Understand the lead’s needs and provide thorough advice about the property market, regulations, and transaction steps (you’ll get extensive training);
  • Turn leads into qualified opportunities for our Real Estate Consultants;
  • Drive high call activity volumes - make 50+ calls daily;
  • Build trust, lead projects, and represent Propseller with excellence.

Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor with 1+ year in sales or business development; real estate background is a plus.
  • Language & Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Exceptional poise and presence over the phone.
  • Performance & Drive: Ability to consistently achieve 50+ calls per day. High client centricity: manage multiple leads while exceeding client expectations.
  • Tech & Adaptability: Comfortable using sales tools, technologies, and systems. Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Requirements: Work authorisation required; visa sponsorship not available. Work schedule is 5 days a week: 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day.

Compensation
  • On-target-earning (OTE) of $4,500 - $5,500 (80% base and 20% variable) with uncapped variable bonus based on target achievement;
  • Employee Stock Option Plan, so that you can participate in our long-term success;
  • Medical insurance including dental with HSBC;
  • Annual leave of 18 days.
