We are looking for a Senior Order Management Engineer who will be in-charge of customer purchase order validations and special pricing quotations review for processing of New Assembly and Buyout orders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Process New Assembly and Buyout Orders after validating customer purchase orders and reviewing special pricing quotations.
- Verify options required by customers are compatible with the selected product model and ensure special instructions in the order and/or attachments are attended to.
- Create or update product structures to meet the required construction and submit requests for engineering and/or new part numbers.
- Coordinate or liaise with sales offices, factories and internal functions to resolve problems associated with customer orders (particularly for specialized components and configurations).
- Assume role of product detailing to create Bills of Materials and coordinate with order fulfillment and shop floor teams to resolve technical queries.
- Support procurement by identifying alternative suppliers during sourcing challenges.
- Handle change orders efficiently from initiation to closure.
- Liaise with Purchasing and Quality Assurance teams for part number activations and workflow creation for Service Center.
- Working with direct suppliers and factories to source and provide lead time to Sales team for nonstandard products, parts.
- Promote workplace safety through 5S practices and contribute to achieving zero-incident goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge about Automated Valves / Control Valves is preferred.
