Job Description

The Director, Operations & Client Services will oversee operational processes and ensure the smooth delivery of consultancy services. This role focuses on managing client engagement processes, coordinating consultancy projects, and maintaining high service standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director in operational execution and client experience management.

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the consultancy practice
• Oversee client engagement processes including consultation scheduling and service coordination
• Ensure smooth delivery of consultancy services and maintain service quality standards
• Develop and implement operational workflows and systems to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Coordinate consultancy projects and support the preparation of client reports
• Manage client relationships and ensure positive client experiences
• Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements

• Relevant qualifications, professional training, or industry experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Relevant experience in operations management, client services, or professional services environments
• Experience managing operational workflows and service delivery processes
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
