IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage a variety of administrative tasks in a dynamic setting.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care, while also contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality; comfortable engaging with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. Preferably in the service and hospitality, luxurious goods industry.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse and high-profile clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to service our Chinese clientele.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work a 5-day week with flexibility for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and check in clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Manage class and appointment scheduling for both clients and instructors, utilizing scheduling software MindBody Online.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding class offerings, membership options, and studio services to clients and prospects.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio and changing rooms, upholding company standards.
  • Support the promotion of studio services and events, and assist with client outreach and follow-up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales targets.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. Preferably in the service and hospitality or luxurious goods industry.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and office software; experience with MindBody Online (MBO) is an advantage.
