We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences.
What You’ll Do- Create a fun atmosphere – if you have a knack for turning a frown upside down, we’d love to talk to you!
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked space for smooth operations.
- Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can commit to a regular time slot (e.g. Tuesdays, Friday evenings and/or one weekend).
- Enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life
- Polite and patient, with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences (no art background needed!)
- Reliable and responsible, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Comfortable working in a water-based paints environment
What We Offer
Salary & Growth Opportunities- Customer Experience Crew (Level 1): $10/hr
- Customer Experience Leader (Level 2): $11/hr
- Customer Experience Key Leader (Level 3): $12/hr
- Quarterly sales bonus
- Off-site activations at $15/hr (senior crews are prioritised)

- Note: Minimum 8 hours of training at the training rate applies.
