We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and negotiating terms with clients and vendors.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal, ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for contract preparation.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and obligations, ensuring all parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in contract management or related roles, with a strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear manner.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and issues in contracts.
