Bukit Merah - Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 months
- Collaborate closely with the Lead based in Singapore. Strategize and work with the Lead on existing and new client relationships who are HRBPs/TAs and to an extent, Hiring Managers/Business Leaders who require people solutions and recruitment needs.
- Develop subject matter expertise. Deliver search/sourcing strategies, talent mappings, insights, and ultimately cultivate strong talent pools for current and future engagements.
- Partner with global HRBP/TA teams to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along business timelines, with a focus on professional and senior-level hires.
- Screen and select both technical and non-technical talent effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit with the environment.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process with the Lead. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.
- 4 or more years of experience in recruitment and talent management, technical or technology recruitment is an advantage;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Good data management and data analysis skills;
- Ability to implement various hiring matrices to increase efficiency and to communicate with stakeholders using data driven reports;
- Accountable for client deliverables and taking ownership of the entire process.
- Self-starter, intrinsically motivated, and able to work independently;
- Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruitment processes;
- Highly-attuned and self-aware when it comes to managing stakeholders and clients;
- Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether offered or not;
