We are seeking a highly analytical, culturally intelligent, and commercially sharp individual to build and operate this hub — working closely with our CEO, global commercial heads, and technology teams.
Your ‘day to day’
As Manager, Central Commercial Hub, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing all major commercial decisions, ensuring alignment across business, tech, and executive leadership.- More specifically, you'll:
- Serve as the central review desk for all major commercial activities — pricing decisions, rate approvals, margin analysis, customer terms, partnership evaluations.
- Conduct detailed commercial analysis and recommend structured, data-backed decisions to the CEO and leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with global Commercial Heads, Regional Managers, and Finance teams to gather inputs, standardize approvals, and drive commercial governance.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Tech teams on commercial workflows, platform gaps, and user experience improvements.
- Track performance metrics, exceptions, and decision outcomes to refine commercial strategies continuously.
- Act as the bridge between frontline sales, operational realities, and platform innovation initiatives.
- Ensure commercial decisions reflect both local market realities and global scalability needs.
- Manage dashboards, trackers, and internal reporting for leadership visibility.
- Facilitate cross-border collaboration with commercial teams across India, Singapore, China, SEA, Europe, and the US.
- Graduate / MBA from a recognized institution.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial operations, business analysis, product operations, or decision-support roles.
- Strong preference for Singaporean nationals or permanent residents; other nationalities considered only if highly aligned culturally.
- Exceptional analytical skills — comfortable working with pricing models, margin analytics, decision matrices, and financial models.
- Outstanding communication skills — able to structure discussions, write crisp documents, and engage credibly with C-level executives.
- High cultural sensitivity — experienced working across India, Southeast Asia, China, and Western markets.
- Experience working with Product and Tech teams, giving business feedbacks and co-shaping digital solutions.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa proficiency is a plus).
