Field Service Assistant Engineer (ACMV)

Our client is global MNC, manufacturer of ventilation systems. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Field Service Assistant Engineer to be part of their Field Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Field Service Assistant Engineer:

• Deliver technical assistance to contractors and clients through phone support and various communication platforms, resolving product or system-related enquiries effectively.
• Perform on-site inspections and measurements to evaluate and enhance system efficiency and performance.
• Liaise closely with customers and cross-functional teams to provide site assistance and resolve technical issues when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Support additional tasks and projects assigned by management, while adapting to operational requirements.
• Uphold workplace safety standards by actively participating in risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering field
• Min 1 year of field service experience in ACMV industry
• Possess Class 3 Driving License is a bonus
